Reminder about the Removal of the .exe SDN and PLC Archives

On or about March 5, 2014, OFAC will cease issuing the following .exe self-extracting archives:

• SDALLW32.EXE
• PLCDAT32.EXE
• PLC_DAT.EXE

OFAC will continue to provide and update the 32 bit .zip archives known as “SDALL.ZIP” and "PLC_DAT.ZIP.”

• The SDALL.ZIP archive contains 42 files including XML, CSV, @ sign delimited, fixed field delimited, and text versions of the SDN list.
• The PLC_DAT.ZIP archive contains 18 files including XML, CSV, @ sign delimited, fixed field delimited, and text versions of the PLC list.

OFAC understands that this change may impact automated SDN and PLC download processes and recommends that list users take immediate steps to alter these processes to utilize the alternative .ZIP file.

This notice is meant to serve as a reminder about the announcements OFAC made on 12/3/13 and 12/5/13.
