Issuance of Venezuela-related General Licenses and Associated Frequently Asked Question

The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is issuing Venezuela General License 61 - Authorizing the Supply of Certain Items and Services to Venezuela Related to Telecommunications, and Venezuela General License 62 - Authorizing Negotiations of and Entry Into Contingent Contracts for Investment in the Telecommunications Sector of Venezuela. 

Additionally, OFAC is issuing one new Venezuela-related Frequently Asked Question (FAQ 1266).
