Issuance of Amended Venezuela-related General License and Frequently Asked Question

The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is issuing Venezuela-related General License 5V, "Authorizing Certain Transactions Related to the Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. 2020 8.5 Percent Bond on or After May 5, 2026."

Additionally, OFAC is amending one Venezuela-related Frequently Asked Question, FAQ 595.
