Issuance of amended Terrorism List Governments Sanctions Regulations

The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is amending the Terrorism List Governments Sanctions Regulations, 31 CFR part 596, to implement the rescission of the designation of Sudan as a State Sponsor of Terrorism.  This regulatory amendment is currently available for public inspection with the Federal Register and will take effect upon publication in the Federal Register on Thursday, May 20, 2021.
