Issuance of Amended Iran-related General License and Amended Frequently Asked Questions

The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is issuing amended Iran General License (No. K-1)​ “Authorizing Maintenance or Wind Down of Transactions Involving Cosco Shipping Tanker (Dalian) Co., Ltd.”  In conjunction with this action, OFAC is amending three Iran-related Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ 804, FAQ 806, and FAQ 807.​
