Issuance of Amended Venezuela-related General Licenses

The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is issuing amended General Licenses 3G, “Authorizing Transactions Related to, Provision of Financing for, and Other Dealings in Certain Bonds,” and General License 9F​, “Authorizing Transactions Related to Dealings in Certain Securities.”
