The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing Venezuela-related General License 34, "Authorizing Transactions Involving Certain Government of Venezuela Persons". In conjunction with this action, OFAC is amending Frequently Asked Question 680.
