​Publication of Kingpin Act/Honduras-related General License

Today, the Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) published General License 1C, “Authorizing Certain Transactions and Activities to Liquidate and Wind Down Banco Continental, S.A.”  General License 1C authorizes certain transactions and activities that would otherwise be prohibited pursuant to the Kingpin Act.  This authorization expires on June 14, 2017, unless extended or revoked.
