Publication of Kingpin Act/Panama-related General License; Issuance of Frequently Asked Question Regarding Kingpin Act/Panama-related General License

Today, the Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control published one Kingpin Act General License: General License 7, “Authorizing Certain Transactions and Activities Related to Importadora Maduro, S.A., Maduro Internacional, S.A., and Lindo & Maduro, S.A.”  This General License authorizes certain transactions and activities that would otherwise be prohibited pursuant to the Kingpin Act.  OFAC is also issuing one related Frequently Asked Question.
