Issuance of an Executive Order on Libya Sanctions; Libya Sanctions Designation

Today, the President issued an Executive Order (E.O.), “Blocking Property and Suspending Entry into the United States of Persons Contributing to the Situation in Libya.”

In addition, OFAC has updated its List of Specially Designated Nationals.
