Issuance of Guidance Related to the Provision of Humanitarian Assistance by Not-For-Profit Non-Governmental Organizations

Today, the Office of Foreign Assets Control is issuing "Guidance Related to the Provision of Humanitarian Assistance by Not-For-Profit Non-Governmental Organizations" to further clarify the scope of transactions in which not-for-profit non-governmental organizations may engage to the extent such transactions may implicate designated individuals or take place in areas under the control of designated individuals or groups.
