Today Executive Order 13645 and certain provisions of the Iran Freedom and Counter-Proliferation Act of 2012 (IFCA) become effective. The Office of Foreign Assets Control is posting additional guidance regarding the implementation of IFCA and the Executive Order and relating to transactions involving Iran's automotive sector and ports (see FAQs 315-317).
