Release Date

Recent Actions Body

This notice was amended on February 26, 2019. The link to OFAC's Data Delivery Standards document was updated in this notice to point to the most recent guidance issued on February 26, 2019.

OFAC’s Office of Enforcement (“Enforcement”) has updated and is reissuing OFAC’s Office of Enforcement Data Delivery Standards, describing the technical requirements for the preferred format in which to submit electronic document productions to Enforcement, including self-disclosures, administrative subpoena responses, and other documents or reports. The Data Delivery Standards have been updated by adding an Addendum listing the data fields that should be populated when submitting an electronic filing in a Concordance-ready format. Although the production of documents in an electronic format is not required, Enforcement prefers to receive information on digital media instead of hardcopy if the number of pages exceeds 500. If the submission is more than 2,500 pages, Enforcement prefers to receive the submission formatted for Concordance, as detailed in the guidance.
