Non-proliferation Designation Removal; Notice of upcoming change to SDN data file format

The following deletions have been made to OFAC's SDN list:

Important notice for users of OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List data files:

On or about March 14, 2011 OFAC will be expanding the width of its "City" field in its SDN address data files (add.ff, add.del, add.csv, add.pip) from 50 characters to 112 characters.
