Treasury Designates Guatemalan Drug Lords Allied with the Sinaloa Cartel as Specially Designated Narcotics Traffickers Action Opens New 'Battlefront' Against Mexico's Drug Cartels

In order to facilitate automated SDN screening, OFAC has added redundant aliases for each SDN name where an ampersand is used. A synonym for the ampersand ("and") is being introduced in these instances. Thus, a SDN with a name of X & X will now have an alias of X AND X. This technical fix adds synonymous aliases. The fix is not intended to introduce new content to the SDN list.
