New guidelines with regard to the Palestinian Authority

OFAC has posted on its Web site guidelines on transactions with the Palestinian Authority. These guidelines are intended to assist U.S. persons in understanding the scope of General License No. 7 of June 20, 2007, which authorizes all transactions with the Palestinian Authority.
