Update to Burma Sanctions Regulations

OFAC has amended the Burmese Sanctions Regulations, 31 C.F.R. part 537, to set forth a statement of licensing policy with respect to the issuance of specific licenses for the importation of Burmese-origin animals and specimens, in sample quantities only, for bona fide scientific research and analysis purposes.
