Amendment to Global Terrorism (SDGT) sanctions regulations

OFAC has published an amendment to the Global Terrorism Sanctions Regulations, 31 C.F.R. part 594, to define the term "otherwise associated with" as it is used in section 594.201(a) and to clarify the procedures for seeking reconsideration of a designation pursuant to that subsection. This amendment was effective on January 26, 2007.
